GloTran Disinfection Technology
GloTran utilizes radiofrequency (RF) electrical energy to generate highly reactive oxygen species that are toxic to microorganisms. This technology works to quickly and safely eliminate pathogens from the surface. Independent testing has demonstrated GloTran’s ability to destroy greater than 99.999% of pathogens.
GloTran was designed to reduce the prevalence of Healthcare-associated Infections (HAIs) caused by non-invasive portable clinical items (NPIs) and non-critical equipment in outpatient clinics, hospitals, dental offices, long-term care facilities, and anywhere healthcare is being practiced and pathogens such as MRSA (Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus) present a danger. GloTran’s cold plasma technology can also disinfect hard-to-reach surfaces with intricate designs and complex shapes.
